One of my favorite episodes of It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia is when Frank tricks Charlie and Sweet Dee into thinking they ate human meat, when they really ate worm infested raccoon meat...
With that said, Ashley's cousin gave us a bunch of meat, and I am assuming that we had deer meat last night...assuming...
I simmered down a whole onion, 2 green peppers, 3 jalapenos, 2 cloves of garlic, a drizzle of olive oil and about 8 tomatoes.
At teh same time I started browning the meat. I added a bit of salt and chili pepper. Cooked the meat with a little onion, combined the two batches and made a delicious dish. My pictures did not save on my phone, so I will be showing you some of my relenos that I cooked up the other night.
This style of cooking is amazing, and a lot of fun once you get away from just meat and veggies.
